I started writing at the age of eleven. Entering an age full of questions, emotions and growth; coming from a place of conflict and contradictions. Amongst the pages, I evaluated relationships, contemplated my why’s, adjusted my beliefs and set my opinions.

Today I share these pages to inspire, to inspire hope, to inspire you to know yourself.  Whether you yourself have experienced trauma, someone you know or maybe someone you don’t; my hope is that you find you’re not alone, or you come to understand another’s experience. Find strength within yourself or support those who are trying to find their own inner strength.
